Yes - it is.

Guests are welcome and encouraged to bring along their own equipment (cameras/camcorders) and we would like for you to share anything interesting you find with us on the website.  You can either post these on the forum or email it to admin@ghostlyshadows.co.uk If you have any other pieces of equipment you would like to bring along to use then we are happy for you to do so.

The only time we will limit the use of your own equipment is if the location have specific rules about photography etc.

Yes.  We will provide a selection of hot and cold drinks along with some snacks.  You are welcome to bring along your own food and drink if you fancy a midnight feast!

Not unless this has been specifically agreed to with a member of Ghostly Shadows staff prior to the event and we would advise that we will not accept group bookings of this sort, only individuals being added to a pre-existing booking.

We would advise that you wear comfortable, flat shoes.  As the majority of our venues get very cold during the course of the night we would also advise that you wear warm and comfortable clothing that wont restrict your movement.  Some venues can be slightly damp and/or dusty so dress accordingly.

The medium is present to offer us an insight into the world of Spirit.  They will offer some protection at the beginning of the evening and will remain through the night to assist in communication with the Spirits that may be present at the locations.

You will receive a confirmation email when your payment has cleared; you will not be required to bring this with you to the event as we will have a full list of attendees.

Yes.  Our events are for those aged 18 years and over.

Spirit activity is not something that happens on demand; Ghostly Shadows only use locations that have been paranormally active for us or for previous investigation groups in the past but we cannot guarantee any paranormal activity on any of our events.

Unless otherwise stated; no overnight accommodation is provided.  Due to the late finish time of the event we would suggest that you book some accommodation nearby if you have a long drive home.

The event will start with the lights on, but once you have been on a tour to familiarize yourself with the location the lights will go out.  The lights will remain on in the base room and emergency exits will be highlighted but the rooms in which we will be holding vigils will be dark.  We would ask that everyone brings a torch along!

If you cant make it for any reason please call us to let us know 07784 512682 even if this is as late as the night of the event.

We allow some time for guests to carry out their own investigations and if you would like to carry out a lone vigil we can arrange for this to happen.  We would ask that you let us know beforehand so we are aware of where you are in the building.
